Marketing Team Intern

Qualifications

Interest in design, social, or writing
Experience with Canva/Figma and short-form video
Strong communication skills & dedication

Expectations

Create event posts, flyers, recaps
Publish to Discord & Instagram
Capture photos & videos during events

Education Team Intern

Requirements

Strong mathematical foundation (basic linear algebra, complex numbers, classical computing principles)
Basic Python programming experience

Preferred

Enthusiasm for and experience teaching or tutoring
Experience with quantum libraries like IBM Qiskit

Responsibilities

Create education material (e.g., slides, demos)
Present teaching material to students
Provide beginners with conceptual and programming help

Treasurer

Qualifications

Budgeting & spreadsheet skills (Excel/Sheets)
Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
Prior treasury experience is a plus

Expectations

Track expenses, reimbursements, receipts
Coordinate club fund requests and fundraising
Plan budgets for events & merch

Webmaster

Requirements

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with responsive design
Basic Git/GitHub familiarity
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Preferred

Strong UI/UX design sense
Experience with TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or other similar frameworks
Experience with API Integration

Do I need prior quantum experience?

Absolutely not. We run beginner-friendly sessions and provide resources to get you started.

What’s the time commitment?

Totally flexible, but we highly recommend attending our club meetings. If you want to get your hands dirty, join a project team for weekly sprints.

How do I hear about events?

Check Discord announcements for the most up-to-date info. We also post major events on Instagram.

What events do you guys host?

We do everything from hands-on workshops to guest speaker events to socials. For more info, check out our Events page.

We host two regular meetings each week—one for algorithms and one for hands-on projects.
